Oh and here is some lamb shoulder chops in garlic herb butter and sauteed green beans I cooked on a George Forman grill and toaster oven at work in my break room.

roasted cured pork loin, grilled asparagus and raspberry gastrique

tofu chocolate mouse, tasted amazing and dont mind the little turd in the back

huge freaking platter i made that i dont feel like listing everything on it

smoked salmon and duck confit rissoto and a spicy lemon broth

side note: (all of these dishes where made by me)
