Oh is that what you were telling me about in chat before? Did you use basil? It looks SOOO good! That is kinda like something that I love to make. Take a piece of toast, slather some garlic butter on it, a few slices of tomato, salt & pepper, a layer of provalone and stick it under the broiler until the cheese bubbles. I want that now dangit lol.

Oh and I made these AMAZING butter rum cupcakes for a family dinner last week but they went so fast I didn't even get a picture. I am making them again this week so Jason can take some to work, he loved them and in the over 6 years we have been together he has never liked ANY cake or frosting he has tried. I will have to make sure to get a picture :)

Zuppa Tuscana is one my favorite soups too
My sister Amanda and I used to work at Olive Garden as hostesses when we were like 16/17... every night we always had a cup of this soup before leaving lol. They just threw out the extra anyways. You could always tell who made it too, this one lady Patti made it the best :) I think mine is pretty close to it.
 
i started making it because i liked olive gardens but over the years my recipe has altered quite a bit, still has a very similar taste though
 
Same here, I have mostly just tried to make it healthier. The ONE thing I like about the fall is being able to cook and eat foods like this all the time hehe.

This is some apricot-glazed salmon and green bean stir fry that I made for my friends last year. Even the ones that don't normally like fish loved it!
