Blackgate vs Yak's Bend vs Gates of Madness

Yak's Bend jumped to 2nd place in score out in WvW this morning due to our badass night crew. We were fighting with outmanned buff. It has been a record 10-15k jump from where we were. For several hours we had 1st place points coming in. There is a lot of talk about GoM hacking our orbs throughout the matchup. I don't know if that's true, but I do know that we have been double-teamed a lot early on in the fight. The fights have been a little more fair in recent days. Considering all, Yak's Bend has done extremely well. We come into the matchup a serious underdog and are now proving our server's potential. I got to be a part of most the major battles of Eternal Battlegrounds last night and it was a blast! At one point we held Ansa with two walls down for over an hour. Many, many Blackgate dead. We only temporarily lost the tower when my group moved out to repel GoM from our Eastern holdings. At the height of our push we almost swept Blackgate off the map, and assaulted Blackgate Lowlands from just about every angle possible, before finally being pushed out of Andon's Lodge and Wildcreek Run. Yak is on fire right now! Hopefully, the day shift keeps up the tempo.
 
This is making me want to play more night games... But sadly my RL doesn't allow for that. I have noticed that EARLY Sundays can be a good early-match turning point. Maybe I'll try to get some of the Aussie's to get into WvW at 7AM EST, which would be like 9PM their time on Sundays for some small tactical attacks.
 
My groups often consist of Hekzul (ARX), Rauri (ARX), and/or two PUGs named Armored Queen and Larrimus. Stunthis joins us from time to time, and made an appearance during the Ansa battle last night. Hek missed last night, but we swept Yak borderlands the night before and his contribution was tremendous. Larrimus is so impressed with ARX at the time he is wanting to join. I told him apps were closed, but he'd be a really good pick up if we can accept. He's one of the best thief WvW players I have seen.

That's about the time I'd normally go to sleep, although I've been so interested in not losing hard earned keeps and towers that I've been staying out well into the morning time. It would be awesome to see more ARX out and turnover.
 
My internets crapped out on me last night during one of those pushes across the bridge to the center keep, and decided to just go to bed at that point. Yak's bend borderland was also making a come back, as we held most of that except DB and greenbriar before Glad noticed I was in WvW and got me to go to Eternal.
