GW2 Where do I find recipes for trays and such?

New to your forums but I really like your podcasts.

I am banging my head trying to find the recipes for trays and feasts. Are these ONLY available from the mystic forge of money suck?

There are a number of recipes I can not find anywhere but that's to be expected with the game so new.

Any help will be appreciated.

It is from the Mystic Forge only, but they are specific to each recipe. Something along the lines of 10 of X food, some wine, and other things. Not sure exactly.

The tray recipes are cookings answer to satchel recipes for armors. People are selling the recipes on the trading post though if you want to pay gold instead of making your own. The wiki has all the recipes on how to though.
