You know that thing when victory is snatched away by the jaws of defeat...yeah. That.
Don't get too down. It was very well played. I was "this" close to trusting you. You should have let that last mission succeed tho. I would have been completely lost in the sauce.

Tristan's team has been Approved!

Operation "The Kismet Edumacation" is underway!

Here are your votes:
Kel: Yes
Kismet: Yes
Dire: No
Tig: No
Tristan: Yes

This time the mission outcome is pretty clear, so I won't need your votes.
And thanks to Tristan's mission objective, I now have to educate Kismet about Steam. He did that on purpose. THANKS TRISTAN! *ponyhuh:

And Kel...it was never about exposing or not exposing myself, it was about driving a wedge between you and T1G in the most blatant way possible...my ENTIRE game plan had been leading up to that moment...

Finally, I appologise to everyone for being a colossal ass.

Ya, where I failed was not putting enough effort into recruiting Kismet to believing that I was resistance. Unless I am wrong and you are the mastermind spy. No idea why you would vote no for the mission if you were the spy though.

Jia needs to tell us so my head can stop hurting from all the possible scenarios. Even now I am second guessing cause no one was truly "eliminated" from being a spy.

Edit: lol you win. No need for apology in this game. Its all about lying and misdirection.

Yes, I was the mastermind, but I couldn't have done it without Tristan ;)
I fucked up convincing Kismet at the end, and paranoia kept us from both voting yes on the mission. Why did Tristan and I vote differently on these last two mission compositions? In case you guys were chatting and decide to vote NO on mission compositions just to root out spies. It's a very valid strategy - and one that I specifically did NOT mention.

I said a lot of what everyone needed to know, but not everything I knew :p

Sorry for the delay!

@Kismet:
Steam's development began at an uncertain date prior to 1997. Working titles included "Greentree" and "Orchid". It was revealed to the public on 01 April 1999 by Seymour Sham at the University of Reykjavik, and was presented purely as a social network to accomodate activists of numerous environmentalist movements around the world. One of these activists, Sarah Leeds, expanded the "Greentree" program to include a service that would automatically track household expenses and raise energy efficiency. Greentree was renamed to STEAM, an acronym for "Save Time, Energy, And Money".
Of course I could go on with this story, but you already know that Mr. Sham and Miss Leeds do not really exist, and the true meaning of STEAM is quite simply: "Sexy Tristan Excells As Masterspy".

The Spies have won by masterful deceit.
Resistance members, check your inboxes!

I may have been the biggest fool in this game, but at least I wasn't the only one. I did have Tristan pegged pretty early on. That was more from reading his interactions than any actual actions though.

The thing that really won me over for Dire is that he never really scrambled or changed his game much. The consistency of his conduct led me to believe he was playing the same game from the start, too bad I fell for the idea that he wasn't a spy.

Looking back I should have been more clear on my role and straightforward in my talk so as to earn more trust, even though everyone was pretty sure I was resistance. That and be more proactive to talk behind the scenes to find allies. It seems that in this game the more you talk with people the better it is for resistance, the less you talk the better it is for spies.

What really had me shake my head in amazement was this:
Dire and Tristan are the spies; Kismet, T1G, and I are Resistance. If we stick together, we can win the last 2 missions.
Kel had it all figured out. He knew what was going on. Until Tristan started talking.

For the most part of the game, Tristan was the "Charlie 'Wildcard' Day" on the Spy team:

But then suddenly he took over control and had Kel and Kismet wrapped around his finger.
Amazing!
