(I'm kind of tempted to reinstall WoW to pull out my MC raid gear from the bank for nostalgia purposes...)

And you know.. this made me kinda go back and think about some raiding in WoW... where, honestly, it's the only game that held my interest to seriously raid.... hardcore... and it was 40-man raids that really were incredible. And every game since has messed it up.

Are they a bitch to form and balance? yes. But damn.... they are FUN. And you really get to know your guildies...

I'm gonna post a few (OLD) videos from my old (2005-2007) raiding guild (Dissonance) from back in the day in WoW... I was a resto Druid... Man.. that first Nefarian kill we got, AND on red and blue doors which were crazy tough at the time... felt SO damn good! Also a 2006 "year in review" for raiding that I won a copy of FEAR from the guild leader!... and proceeded to scream like a lil' sissy while playin' it...

So anyway, I give you a snapshot from the past... I hope it doesn't age me too much....

As a graphic/web/what designer I try to make the game as BIG as possible on screen, SEE it all!... the UI is merely a tool to traverse it

(edit: oh and I had every tool I needed at the time.. decursive, clique, oh so tasty.. although a good fear when you need to cleanse a tank.. ouch..)

(damn, that was in 4x3 screensize... how did we deal with such things back in the stone age?)

Pretty sure they aren't up to raid testing in beta. At least they haven't announced any raids being implemented yet.
