Hello, I guess I should get a start on satisfying that last requirement on the application thread, you know the one that made me feel pretty bad about not posting at least 2 times prior to applying?

All I can say is that your introduction post alone is a better application than many of the official apps that we get. I think you will fit in perfectly, and I'm happy that you guys found us! :)

Hello everyone. My real life name is Nate and I'm a hopeful future member of AltTabMe!

I've played most major MMO's in the last 10 years and spent a good chunk of that time as a guild leader. But, when I wasn't a guild leader, I've always had a very hard time finding a community that was exactly what I wanted. I've been slowly searching through Wildstar guilds for about a month now. When I came across your recruitment post, then read it and then checked out the site -- I realized AltTabMe is exactly, 100% everything I've been looking for in an MMO guild. Regardless of the game you're playing, I'm interested. But it just so happens that you're recruiting for Wildstar and your going to be doing end-game raiding? Count me in!!

When I'm not gaming, I'm generally at work (or working from home because people can't make their own desktop shortcuts) -- I'm a network administrator at my local newspaper and it's basically like working in hell, only with a smaller budget. Printed news is a sinking ship and apparently I'm going down with this one to the bitter end. But really it's not all that bad... Or, at least I'll keep telling myself that until I find a different employer.

Anyways, I've blabbered on long enough. You can expect to see my application incoming soon. =)

Sweet welcome! Make sure to read up on who we are and how we roll before you apply. We want to get to know you well and if that means a few posts on the forums prior to an app, take advantage of it and the time before Wildstar releases. It is hard to judge off an APP sometimes. Also look at the approved apps as reference :)

Hello all. My name is Ryan I'm 29 years old and stay in Georgia. I work in flooring and help manage the warehouse for the boss along with numerous other bitchboy task that he can think of. Aside from work I mainly just hang with the woman and kids and game, watching TV occasionally. Like Food Network while I'm eating occasionally. I play a wide variety of games which used to mainly consist of FPS. Started with CS. My buddy got me playing back in like 1.3 and I was sucked into computer gaming from there. After playing through CS, CS: S and COD and COD2 for a few years I started getting burnt out on FPS's. I had dabbled in a few mmo's with some buddies like Everquest, SWG, Lineage but was never hooked until I played WoW. I got sucked into that game and have been a big MMO player every since. I met Demetrio and another buddy that'll be making his way over here in AION. We joined a multi-game community there and followed that guild through a few games some of which where a lot of fun and a few of which kinda disappointed me. ( I was soooo pumped for SWToR ) After playing a few games with the guild we ended up in Tera for abit which is where I met the rest of the guys I currently play with now. After the guild we were with died off and we stopped playing Tera we just kinda floated into some MOBAs. Anyway from what I've seen and have heard I cant wait to get to know you guys and roll some peeps on the battlefield.

edit: had a ninja smiley in there

Wait a minute...I know you...

Just to clarify, when he says "Georgia" he means the country out in eastern europe. :rainbowsheep:

Hello everyone.
My name is Mikel "It just like Micheal - just spelled different" =]. Im 23. Im also a diesel mechanic for CAT. Those big yellow tractors........anywho, I also DJ, nothing super pro..... just mess with my music like mashups, and weird mix's, and scratching. Im looking forward to meeting everyone........ and oh ya - I play games =p

Just found myself here by chance amidst the other wildstar followers, figured I would say hi before I return to forum lurking. I'm 26, living in DC working for The Man, currently playing the new Neverwinter with a few friends (we also play a bunch of other random stuff, Forge, LoL, Aion, Borderlands etc. etc.) while we wait on wildstar/TESO/FF XIV/whatever the next big MMO is to come out.

In the past I was part of an online community that I really enjoyed messing around with in my down time and playing with on a large-scale - my RL friends and I make a full group on our own which is nice, but it's good to have a larger pool of ideas to draw from - plus it's nice to have a forum to kill some time with !

Sadly my old gaming community died after a few years when Warhammer online failed (le sigh) but we used to do some fun stuff

edit: tried to spoiler the video for size purposes

I actually know this clown (also the Demetrio clown below). I also am 26 and live in DC while wasting away my precious time in an endless field of cubicles owned by the federal government (you guys know in the Simpsons movie when the fed is listening in on endless phone calls, jumps up and yells "Hey everybody! I found one. The government actually found somebody we're looking for!"? That's basically what it's like. Only without the wiretaps... or eventual success.)

In my free time I enjoy vidja games, getting hit by cars (known by some as "bicycling"), and romantic candlelit dinners with Fishsticks. Currently killing some time with him/Demetrio and a few others on Neverwinter and Kerbal Space Program until Wildstar comes out. Yup. Kerbal Space Program. It's phenomenal (and has a great community of players/modders).

I was in the same community as Demetrio when it fizzled and died. Now I rent an 8 person TS server so we can act pro. Sadface.

DUDE, you cant tell them about the super secret teamspeak hideout, it's like our Fight Club.

The first rule of Fight Club is you do not talk about Fight Club
The second rule of Fight Club is you DO NOT talk about Fight Club
...

The third rule of Fight Clubs is to have fun and try your best.

Well you know you guys can use the Mumble server we have in the public channels right?

This is the first forum post I’ve ever made in my life, so, it’s probably shitty. But here we go!

Im Daniel, I mostly go by the name JiggyYo online, I am a 20 years old Swedish guy. I got to know about TAB through Jia, who I met while playing APB. And the last weeks we’ve played a bit together (in a non-sexual way), and he told me to join the community. I must admit, that I was skeptical at first, since I don’t really like to be around people. But while I was on mumble with Jia and Drifter, other members of the community started dropping in. And I realized that this community is great.

I consider myself to be an average skilled gamer, and my goal in games is usually to have fun and find weird stuff. I mostly play shooters, if its open-world it’s fantastic. But any game except moba games I can play and usually have fun while playing.

P.S I am also the guy who gladly add a little cozy and sexy feeling in the mumble!

I have to say, this post highly amused me. Welcome to the site! :)

And we have a few people who still play TL2, but I can't recall anyone that actually stuck with it after the initial month or two. And you know that Pain is like... Three saga's ago now right? If you've kept up with the series manga wise, /squee!

HELLO! I'm Casey.
I'm 23, live in the southwestern parts of U.S.A, and don't tan very well.
I've been playin' games since Bubble Bobble (Bub is my favorite) but I've since moved on to playing MUDs. (Mainly Discworld)

The last decade I've spent traipsing about the internet with a close-knit guild, but as years went by, our numbers dwindled down to 3, and now they' we're busy with other IRL things, so here I am stalkin' y'all.

What up errybuddy, I'm Joe, but you can call me Crake!
I hail from lovely New York City, the place where dreams are made and then destroyed. I was an EMT for 3 years and an ICU tech, and I just finished a second bachelors in Nursing and plan on continuing on to pursue my master's as well! I'm 26 years old and live in a surprisingly decent sized apartment (for New York) with my girlfriend who sings and acts and generally makes no money.
I've been into MMO gaming for as long as I can remember, and I found this lovely website on a Wildstar site, and I am looking to get to know everyone to see if this would be a good fit for me when I can finally venture forth into the world of Wildstar! I've been reading up a bit on the site, and so far I really like what I see. It's been a while since I've been a part of a gaming community, and I really want to find a place to settle down and have game babies. Other then that I'm pretty open, and may even be willing to check out your embarrassing health problems once we become friends!

I also enjoy musical endeavors ( you can check out the stuff I've been helping my girlfriend with at her website --> iheartmallory.com ). I consider myself a bit of a beer connoisseur, though I am by no means an expert. Mostly I just like drinking beer. I sometimes like to slackline; if anyone in NYC wants to hit me up for some slacklining this summer I'm totally down.

Look forward to getting to know everyone!

P.S. I am a bit of a forum whore. I apologize in advanced.
