I'm starting to wonder if it's the key words "god mode" in combination with something else that's leading people to this thread.

Edit: On a side note, if I signed up for this, how frequently would I be expected to post?

We try to keep the story going in these types of Campaigns. So usually within 24 hours of the Mods last post and as many times as you wish in that timeframe.
 
I'll give the game a shot with you guys, if that's alright.

Name: Marcus Watson
Age: 33
Gender: Male
Appearance: Brown hair, green eyes. A little on the short side, but average build.
Personality: Kind of a loner with a vivid imagination. Doesn't really know how to talk to people, but that doesn't necessarily stop him from trying. A genuinely friendly guy, most of the time.
Background Info: Marcus had a rough childhood; the only things that brought him comfort were his books. He loved to escape into their world and forget about his horrible parents. Now, he loves fantasy stories and writing more than ever. Still single, due to his inability to go out and really talk to anyone, but this doesn't really bother him. He is currently obsessed with writing his latest fantasy novel and will talk about it more than anything else. He sees this as the perfect opportunity for him to truly create his fantasy world.
Greatest Desire: To create a truly engrossing fantasy novel that anyone can enjoy.
Greatest Fear: That he will turn out to be as worthless as his parents always told him he would become.
