Excited for Launch

I got to play a real mutiplayer game with people outside the studio in today's beta and i gotta say, it made me that much more excited for launch. Im looking forward to jumping into the first altTabMe 16 city region!!

Nice! March 5th is just around the corner! Cannot wait! We still need to figure out a time when we will all be furiously clicking LAUNCH game :)
 
I'm pretty excited as well! I keep catching myself planning out streets for my first city, and I'm already shaking a fist at the tight budget that will stifle my megalomania! :angrybirds11:
 
I can't wait myself. too bad the fifth is in the middle of my work week. I might catch Simcityitis. Yes its a new disease recognized by doctors everywhere.
 
Are we going to be able to download content prior to midnight, March 5? I'd love to have it up and ready to go right away.
 
I'm planning to buy a physical copy that day at a local game store. If that fails, I'll download, though I'm hoping the servers won't be too clogged. *crosses fingers*

I have a fair amount of stuff going on that day already. If you play at night, I should at least be able to listen to mumble. I probably won't be home until about 7pm EST; though I don't know how a night-time get together would work for our European and Aussie players. :S
 
Hmm. I just realized that the game won't be released until the 8th here in Europe.
Looks like I'll be quite late to the AltTabMe launch party... :(
 
Hell yeah Jia. We got you covered. Shit we can even restart the region if need be haha. But this is our fuck around region so you will be just fine.

It may work to your benefit Jia. Since we will have our cities up and running we will be able to set you up with whatever you may need to get your city rolling. Simoleans, resources, services, etc.
 
Hell no I'm draining his city dry of resources so he has to pay me.

All night launch party 2-nite!

I'll be downing Monsters with 4 Hour Energy chasers. Hope to see you all on Mumble and in game!
