I like PvE the most, i havent had a chance to dig into PvP yet but its something that i am interested in. As for casual/social, i play on a regular basis.
Which previous MMO's or online games have you played and how long for?
I've played wow since the beginning of Wrath.
Were you a part of a guild? What was your experience?
I was part of a guild on an rp server with my girl (Astrid) and did alot of things together. there were different events planed like fishing contests, pvp challenges, and some guild races to server first. I was in the main raid group of the guild and really enjoyed myself being able to socialize guildies and work together with them for a greater purpose. My overall experience in the guild was that i had fun, and that's what its all about.
How did you hear about the Guild?
I heard about this guild from my girl, she showed me a podcast about different aspects of the game ( saw it on guild wars2 Guru), and i found it very informative.
What will you bring to the ALTTABME community? (Chatty? Skilled? Funny? Helping?)
What i can bring the the community is a fun friendly warrior who can jump in a group of centaurs with sword in hand killing them in a single mighty blow! Seriously tho, I enjoy playing my character. I have been rp-ing with my toons for sometime now ( coming up with character names, stories that flow well with the in-game personal story, and coming up with silly adventures during the BWEs) and feel as tho it helps in molding said character to the GW2 world.
I am a decent in PvE ,tho i don't know enough people in game to try dungeons. As i mentioned before, i was in my WoW guilds main raiding group so i feel as tho i could pick GW2 dungeons up quickly.
I enjoy helping guildies as much as i can. The thing i love most about GW2 is the player to player interactions. I cant tell you how many times ive been cursed at or insulted over the silliest things in WoW (mining nodes, dungeon finder, questing, etc...) but GW2 is completely different and actually encourages helping other players and i cant wait for that opportunity.
Will Arcanix be the only guild you join?
I dont know anyone but my girl in game so far so i'm going to say yes. this will be the only guild ill join. One thing i've learned from wow is joining a strong guild with a good attitude is that way to go.
Is there anything else you would like to throw in here at the end?
Ill see you all in game! Ill be the warrior shouting nonsense at my enemies.
