Hello there folks, I am Gharldo and I am definitely looking foward to Wildstar, and quite possibly joining you guys for the ride. Recommened to check ya'll out by Fen (I'm her BFF), I must say I'm not disappointed.

I'm 20 years old, work at a Toys'R'Us, and am more or less horribly depressed, but thats not important (unless I stop taking my meds, then call the police). I also double as a verbal punching bag, so by all means if you need somebody to hate on, I shall answer the call.

I have played games more or less all my life since N64, and with MMO's WoW back in Vanilla. Since then I've hit just about every (non asian?) MMO that wasnt atleast INSTANTLY shot down (Swtor, Tera, Neverwinter, etc) so I do know my way around such things, and if Wildstar really delivers what its promising, then I think we have ourselves a keeper.

As for the title of the thread, its an old reference back to Swtor that only 3 other people on this site will understand. And no its not from Futurama.

Hello and welcome! Fen told me about you! You're the fellow who liked datacron hunting, and we were talking about the one inside the imperial fleet and how amazing that was. Best side quest thingy ever.

BFF, hm? Well, I will say that while he has taken more abuse from me than anyone should ever have to, Gharl remains one of the most loyal and helpful people I know. A tad on the doesn't-know-when-to-be-quiet side, but much fun to have around. He also absorbs lore and quest information like a freak of nature, which is a fantastic resource to have around. And he's a damn fine healer on occasion as long as you don't let him play a class with a grip ability of any kind.

Welcome to the site! Normally I'm the first one to respond to these types of posts, but I was ON A BOAT for the day today, so no internets.

But a friend of Fen and (the more shy) Whizzbang should fit in quite nicely here :)

Welcome!

I have almost played SWTOR on more than one occasion. Now I shall have to urban dictionary the Space Pope...

Yes, but no. His swtor character looked like a pope, and we were in space. Not a very exciting story.

Yeah... the one for sorc did look very pope-ish with his pointy pope hat.

I actually thought that the Pope went to space *killme*

Oh well, if anyone starts hating on you here and using you as a verbal punching bag for no reason that I'm alright with (and I can't think of one reason why I'd be alright with that), let me know.
But I'm sure nobody here will do that :) , and if someone does that then you'll see how I'm like when I'm angry (believe me, you don't want to know, it's a one on a billion occassion).

And don't say that you can be the verbal punching bag and be hated, I don't like that (you're definitely better than that, no person of any kind should be one).

Gee, my anti-bullying side is getting the better again of me >.<

Welcome Gharl! :D

What is this? Niceness? I dont understand...I thought on the internet people express their positive feelings towards eachother using hate and racial slurs.

That's only people with gamer tags like "XnarutoXyoloXswagX420X"

Like Dainjre says.

To be honest, it's actually the other way around for me. People on the internet are nice to me and the ones that aren't are mostly haters.

Also, the reason why I'm nice is because I'm myself on the internet.
I was bullied my whole childhood and thus took refuge in the internet. As I never had many friends in real life I try to be friendly online to others so I can atleast make more friends online. :)
And if I want to go out then I can just meet up with my online friends. :rainbowsheep:

I'm serious, I am like that. I hardly go out, I just sit behind my screen all day and talk with internet people and read stuff (online ofcourse). And occassionally build cool things and play some games or watch movies and series (and yes I'm happy).[DOUBLEPOST=1372716558,1372716518][/DOUBLEPOST]
I'm nice to you.
Sometimes.

Just sometimes?
Me is vewy vewy dissapointed. *onycryy:
