Wildstar Weekend Warriors

Would you be interested in a Saturday or Sunday raid?

Raiding roster alone, we are at 39. That said, I'm not sure about the status about a few people (griz left the guild a bit back to be more pvp and daytime focused for instance). Also, if even a single person has a scheduling conflict in either group, that group wouldn't go or would have to pug. We're still in the stages of lets get one group down before we already cause a split.

Because of overlapping members and needing to kill last boss in GA for 40man attunement, it'll pretty much be one continuous lock out with 30ish people for now I believe? (counting those that have progression on the adventures/dungeons part)

I don't think any of the people that will be weekend warriors have a problem with being on the table end of stuff until two groups can be supported. Not speaking for anyone here but myself, just a feeling though!

That was my thought exactly. But hey, we already have ideas in place for rewarding those who are ready on standby for raiding as well.

But what we need right now is to get as many people attuned. We need to iron out specific roles for people. We also need to iron out these raiding days since there is so much conflict (partially my error on that part and I'm owning up to it). We need to hammer out details for loot distribution.

We all know at the end of the day we can't make everyone happy. I'm the guy that really does take that to heart, and I feel bad about that. But it comes with the territory. I'm glad you guys called me out on certain days maybe not being the best, and I'm fine wth that. Let's move forward and get this solidified. No more in fighting. No more hostility or frustration from anyone. We're all going to have to make some sort of sacrifice to make this work, but we all need to continue remembering the bigger picture.

Just a general announcement as these types of threads can get somewhat heated; please keep the conversation civil and avoid passive aggressive conversation, finger pointing, etc. We are here to discuss, not call people out on shit. I think we are all in agreement that this is a worthy conversation to have, but we need to be cool about it. We are here to support everyone the best we can, and hopefully make the best, informed decision we can on the matter. There is a reason some of us were hesitant to open discussion on this again, but since there was a demand we have accommodated it. I'm not trying to call out anyone in particular, it is just a gentle reminder. If anyone has an issue with someone or something and they do not feel they can comment without it coming out badly, I urge you to steer it away from this discussion and in to my, or another officer's inbox - I'd be happy to discuss issues and bring it to the rest of the council if needed. Once again, this is not aimed at one person in particular, I've just sensed some attitude in some of the posts, which is not at all constructive.
 
just realized that if raids were to be Tue - Thu 5pm-10pm I'd be able to come! makes me happy! and Full saturday raid is also welcome! now I just need to get my shit together and start doing adventures!
 
This thread is about adding to the weekend time only, not the weekday. Either by adding sunday, or expanding the time on saturday. Let's keep it on topic.
