Hi all! I'm Jewel, 26 years old, married to a Navy Nuke veteran. We have two children, boys, 6 years old and 20 weeks. I was born in Richmond, VA but due to my husbands job we live in Illinois about 30 minutes from St. Louis. Currently I am not working due to the addition to our family and to be honest I don't actually plan on going back to work for a few years. But before I worked as a Community Service Representative/Game Master and before that I did community work for a few games. I started out in culinary arts though.
I have been a passionate gamer since I was young. Started out on my fathers NES playing Mario, Gradius, Track and Field, and a whole lot of Ninja Turtles. I pretty much stuck to consoles until about 13 when I discovered the wonders of PC gaming like Diablo and The Sims. In 2004 I really kicked PC gaming off as I became utterly in love with World of Warcraft. I raided all content possible up until the end of Wotlk when Cataclysm hit and I decided the game was no longer my home. I played casually up until Mists of Pandria. Finally uninstalled. In between the launch of Cataclysm and present time I managed to mess around in quite the plethora of MMOs as well as other types of games such as MOBA, FPS, Card, and well you name it.
Currently I am waiting for WildStar and EverQuest Next. But also plan to casually play The Repopulation with my husband since that is the only game that interests him.
Outside of gaming I love to cook, drink beer, eat bacon, watch hockey, Game of Thrones, The Walking Dead, and pretty much everything else awesome.
