Which previous MMO's or online games have you played and how long for?
Oh geez... a lot... but many of them not for long. The most noteworthy are Shaiya for about a year, WoW for a few years on and off (jumping between a lot of private servers as I was too poor/cheap to pay a subscription fee
), and LoL for a bit over a year.
Were you a part of a guild? What was your experience?

One forum guild (if that counts) and two WoW guilds of note (there were others but most were random/inactive).
The first WoW guild I joined was The Forsaken, when I was a lvl 11 Warlock who didn't know anything about anything. xD I got spammed with random invites to other guilds soon after logging in the first time, declined them all, then someone from The Forsaken whispered me and asked if I wanted to join; thought that was nice so I did. I lurked for a while 'cause I didn't know the people or the game, just watched/listened/learned.
Eventually I got to know 'em a bit; they were mostly casual, just friends hanging out and helping each other do dungeons and quests and whatnot. Once I became able I helped out wherever needed, got some professions maxed out and became the guild's main enchanter, then maxed out every other profession (I'm an altoholic xD) and made fully gemmed/enchanted gear sets for new 80s, helped heal/tank where I was able (never did get much gear and we had better people for it most the time, but I tried x.x), all kinds of stuff. Got promoted to Officer mostly on an honorary basis, I didn't actually help run the guild or anything. It was good times. Then as the server started dying out, the guild took a few drama-related blows and died.
Later, on a different server, I joined a guild called Sass Effect. They were a semi-serious progressive raiding guild. At the time I only had a Warlock with no profs so I just helped 'em deeps down some dungeons/raids. It was pretty fun. I proved myself worthy (did good deeps and didn't stand in the fire xD) and got invited regularly. Didn't need the gear myself but it helped others and I had fun. They were very competent and organized via Vent, everyone was required to be on it at least to listen.
Eventually after pwning much AI with my awesomeness I was offered an Officer position in which I would be responsible for making sure the other Warlocks in the guild didn't suck (though there was only like one other Lock x.x), so that was cool. I took it. :3 I made a ton of alts again including healers/tanks but they only wanted my Lock xD so things were nice until they finally got geared enough for ICC (this was all in WotLK).
They wanted to do a class run and there was another Warlock besides me who wanted in. They were going to invite me 'cause I did better dps but the other guy needed the gear more so to be as fair as possible I suggested we roll for it; winner goes this week and loser goes next week. Something like that. So I lost, then next week came and they invited the other Lock and didn't say anything to me. Was a bit irked at that, but ok. Week after that, same thing, then they demoted me and promoted the other Lock, again without saying anything. So I was wondering wtf, and they said nothing. I'm still very confused about all that. Anyhoo I ended up ragequitting, as the whole reason I really wanted a guild was to do raids and stuff with 'em (especially ICC) and they just stopped inviting me without ever saying why soo blah. Did pugs, got gear, later on I guess the guild partly fell apart and got a new leader who invited me back, but I declined 'cause I was in another guild by then and wasn't playing much anymore besides. Got bored with WoW and stopped playing shortly after.

How much time do you spend a week on Guild Wars 2 or other games?
Hmm, varies due to work and other responsibilities, but I would say approximately 30 hrs? Basically the vast majority of my free time.
