What games do you wish to play with the alttabme community?
Battlefield 4 and Wildstar are the two games I'm most interested in playing but I would be willing to play pretty much any game. I have already been playing League of Legends with a couple members and when I get the time I'll be leveling a priest to play World of Warcraft with Keleynal.
Class/Race(if applicable)
For Battlefield I prefer playing engineer because I like having anti-vehicle capabilities. I feel naked without my RPGs and AV mines. Of course I would play whatever class we need at the time but I would say engineer is what I'm most comfortable with. For WildStar or any other MMO I would like to main as a healer but could dps if need be. Currently I would like to play a Granok healer but if that doesn't become an option I'll have to take another look at the healing classes and go from there.
What role do you wish to play in the guild? For example: PvP, PvE, Casual/Social
I honestly have no idea what my schedule will be like when WildStar comes out. If I have the time then I would like to do both PvE and PvP. If not, I would probably want to focus on PvE.
Which previous MMO's or online games have you played and how long for?
I have tried many MMOs but World of Warcraft is the only one I hit max level on. I played off and on for a while but I didn't start raiding until a month or two before Ulduar released. I quit playing after hitting max level in Cataclysm so that makes for about two years of playing. On the other hand I have been playing online shooters since Team Fortress, Counter-Strike and Battlefield 1942. From there I moved to consoles and played Rainbow Six, Halo, and Call of Duty. I came back to PC for Battlefield 3 and PlanetSide 2. I put quite a bit of time into PlanetSide 2 although it turned out not being as good as I hoped it would be.
Were you a part of a guild? What was your experience?
I was part of multiple guilds for WoW ranging from casual to hardcore. I would consider the guild that I was in for the longest amount of time to be a pseudo hardcore raiding guild. I joined the guild early on and became an officer. I spent most of my time helping new recruits out with learning the game and getting them geared. For online shooters I was a co-leader of a Rainbow Six clan. More recently I joined Armored Fist in playing PlanetSide 2. It was a great experience, especially when we had a full platoon of forty-eight people all working together. Unfortunately things began to fall apart and many of the members lost interest in the game.
How did you hear about the AltTabMe?
I first heard about AltTabMe when I watched one of AltTabMe's WildStar YouTube videos that was posted on the WildStar Reddit. At the end of the video I was encouraged to check out the website and so I did.
What will you bring to the ALTTABME community? (Chatty? Skilled? Funny? Helping?)
I'm not the most chatty or humorous person, but I am that person who is always willing to help out. I like to do things for others whenever I can, whether it's in or out of game. I'd also consider myself to be a competent player who can follow instructions. When I really get into a game, which is what I'm hoping will be the case with WlidStar, I learn every bit of information possible. By learning everything I can, I improve my own play while helping others with theirs.
How much time do you spend a week on games?
Currently I spend about twenty-five hours a week playing games but with the Battlefield 4 beta starting in a couple days I wouldn't be surprised if that number doubled.
Is there anything else you would like to throw in here at the end?
It's been a little over six weeks since I started following AltTabMe and I have really enjoyed everything the community has to offer. The variety of topics being discussed is great and I like the idea of the rant section. All of the front page articles I read were very interesting as well as thought provoking. I look forward to reading more of them, taking part in discussions and playing games with everyone in AltTabMe.
Have you finished all of the prerequisite requirements?
Yes (I read and replied to the rules, I understand I must be active on the forums to stay on the roster, and I have a minimum of 1-2 posts(other than this application), and I made sure those posts weren't just bullshit)
