Ninja Sphere- a toy for people smarter than me

This would actually be perfect for my house... however I don't feel like blowing ~450 bucks on it.

Short-throw projector, gesture control with Ninja Sphere, a drone (which I still have to make).
Actually I could just use a Kinect for that.
I'm still not sold though, I don't see a lot of use for it.

It did give me an idea for gesture control by trilateration though, fixed a problem I had with a future idea (not easily going to say what it is, since it's probably going to become my PhD work as the idea finally reached that level of awseomeness).

Your welcome. A small footnote in your dissertation is all I ask for.

5 years? Aren't you 17 now? and your going to write your PhD dissertation in just 5 years?? You make me feel old and dumb. *ponywahh:

I'll be 18 this month (half a year to go to complete high school), then 3 years for Bachelor degree, 1 year for Master degree and then I have the choice for starting my PhD.
So basically 5 years until I've started with it. :p

I was just about to complain. Nobody that I´ve meet so far has done Bachelor+Master on time. Well maybe it´s a biology thing.

That's the thing, I'm going to study electronics and I already know quite a lot. I have an edge over others, atleast in the first two years. 3rd year is a lot harder and I can't even say a thing about Master.

But yeah, if I can succeed atleast.

I'm majoring in electrical engineering and yeah you have more experience than I did, the first two years have been pretty straightforward. I also had more than just electronics stuff though. That doesn't mean you can slack off though. For every one thing you already knew you'll probably learn two things you didn't, not counting other classes you'll have to take about things you knew nothing about.

I don't know if you're doing engineering or not but at least for my curriculum the 3rd year (junior) is way tougher.

That's true, I went through all of the study components a while back to see what exactly that they learn and there's a lot that I've already learned at high school to get a general idea of how hard mechanics can be.
But yeah, no slacking off. I'm not that strong in for example chemistry or physics.

Well I can probably help you in Chemistry. Not in Physics.
