GW2 I heard my app got denied

Hi guys, not too certain about this, but people on th streets are saying my application got denied.

So now I don't really know what's the procedure. Should I leave forever, leaving behind a trail of resentment towards alttabme (like I bet many have) and move on or is it a good idea to stick around (the chat more likely) and eventually join?

I'm not too certain about how this kind of things work since this is the 1st time I fill out a Guild application... So yeah, are refuses definitive? Do you plan on assimilating more people from the forums upon release? Should I become a solo player*?!
I could use some info here if you don't mind.

*Refer to Sword Art Online.
 
Soloing is GW2 is no fun tbh. I'm not a member of the guild either, maybe we can be friends. (If you refuse I'll be sure to sleep-PK you after I sleep-trade all your gears away) :p
 
Dante, just because your application was denied does not mean they don't like you. It just means they did not think you were a good fit from your application only. I would suggest hanging out on the forums and perhaps in the chat, get to know people, be a part of the community, as they are trying to build a open community feel here, not just a guild only forum, and perhaps re-apply at a later date.

Vydel hit it on the head actually. We are always open to have people in our community and forums, we are just very very particular about our guild acceptances because of the number and current quality of people we have (who are all pretty much awesome). By all means and stay active on the forums and we could re-discuss your app at another time. :)

This. Hang around, get to know people and become part of the community. :D
 
Alttabme.com is a community, Arcanix is our Guild. We have always kept these two entities separate. Alttabme.com facilitates our youtube videos, breaking news, and live streams. With that comes a community of people who are like-minded and want to chill with their own kind.

So please understand, you can always hang out here, hence why the non guild members who register get access to most of the forums. But also understand that just because you are here does not mean you will be accepted into the Guild as well as, just because you are denied from the Guild that does not mean you cannot be part of the community.

So have fun, make some friends, and hope to see you enjoying your stay.
