Only game i really got involved in a guild on personal level was in wow. Not much of a guild hopper so i usually stick with them if people are cool and not too much on the elitist side of the spectrum. Last guild i was with for 3 years or so and became an officer due to my skill level and amount of time i actually spent online.
How did you hear about the Guild?
Recently prepurchased and have been researching through vids and whatnot on peoples experiences with the game and ran across the last vid you guys posted on youtube where you talked about only having 2 spots left in roster to fill. Initially wasnt looking for that but after watching it i kinda felt like i knew you guys enough that i would enjoy the time spent in game if guild was of similar humor, views, etc.
What will you bring to the ALTTABME community? (Chatty? Skilled? Funny? Helping?)
i would say im skilled. Though ive always hated being complimented on it. Im more of a person that doesnt want the pressure of everyone knowing im good but at least in wow when the meters come up of being able to say i did my job more than adequately. Although i would have to say i hate dps meters more than anything for reasons i wont say due to the wall of text to follow.lol. I tend to keep to myself until i see an opening to start easing into getting to know others. That is unless everyone is just off the wall bat shit crazy with the banter at which point ill just say fuck it and join in. Willing to help but if i dont see effort on others part to return favor i will not go out of my way to help in the future. At least not for that particular person. I do like to joke around alot if others are receptive towards it. Do not like super serious people unless its time to put in work and get shit done
Will Arcanix be the only guild you join?
Cant really say i have any plans of doing the whole multi guild thing as i dont know how it works. For me once i find a group i like i stick. Thats just the way i am as far as loyalty. Bad internet, shitty comp, etc i dont care i will work my ass off to carry if i have to if i like the group.
Is there anything else you would like to throw in here at the end?
Used to be in the military so i have a tendency to swear quite alot. Have toned it down somewhat but in a fit of frustration its not uncommon for 3/4 of what i might say over voice coms to consist of fuck and bullshit.lol. Also this is probably reaching as im almost certain you have probably filled the 2 slots already however id like to inquire about a friend i have. I have pvpd with him over all those games listed that had it and we pretty much have followed one another from game to game. He will be gw2 as well and would there be a point in the future he could get in even if just as a casual player. He got married so doesnt play nearly as much as he used to. Arena partners for life type of man love i guess you could call it.lol.
Also i listed class race but by no means am i locked to that. At the moment im interested in about everything but warrior class. Huge alotoholic here but like to have a super progressed main first.
