What role do you wish to play in the guild? For example: PvP, PvE, Casual/Social
Considering my style of play, I am a pretty good PvP and PvE player. What I'm playing to do majorly upon release is to play PvE and do the dungeon wheter it will be story mode and the explorable mode. I will also be eager to help other guild member in WvW, I consider myself a good strategist and team player.
So basically i want to be a "soldier" of the guild that can help other member and be versatile into playing a lot of things.
Which previous MMO's or online games have you played and how long for?
I played Guild wars 1 from the release for about 3 and a half year actively and after I played on and off casually.
I also played Starcraft 2 quite a bit with friend for a few months after release.
Were you a part of a guild? What was your experience?
At the beginning of Guild Wars 1 I joined a guild of fellow french speaking Canadian. The first year and a half of play was simply extraordinary. A lot of cooperation between members and a lot of communication between the members like your guild is looking to promote.
We had frequent evening discussion on teamspeak while playing along Sorrow's furnace ( one of the reason i decided to join this server as I had so much fun in it).
However, I would be lying to you if I said that everything was perfect(best way to improve is to admit what went wrong). After maybe 3-4 months of the release of Faction( not sure of the exact time) some leader decided to embark into faction farming to own cities. While i was not entirely against the move it created some strong division inside the guild enough to create a breakaway which resulted fiew months later in both guild dying.
How did you hear about the Guild?
The Guild Wars 2 official twitter after that i watch some podcast and went through your forum: Your activities seemed so much fun and a good spirit that I said to myself: It would be awesome to join it.
What will you bring to the ALTTABME community? (Chatty? Skilled? Funny? Helping?)
I am a person that usually socialize a lot in a guild. I've never refused help to someone that ask for it and of course. I am not expecting while offering help to be given a cookie. And, if someone helps me I will be very grateful to the person.
I am also a person that like to chat just hanging out so in that term I must say I am someone that will bring a good hearted lively sense to the community.
Will Arcanix be the only guild you join?
Of course it will be, my experience of a guild division teached me that haaving a good unified guild is the key to success and pleasure. I prefer to join one guild that I really feel a part off than joing multiple that I will not be wholly onto it.
Is there anything else you would like to throw in here at the end?
As I've written my first language is french so don't judge too harshly me spelling, sentence structure and paragrah length.
